Week 3: Day 2
Yep, I did it again this week. I'm getting more flexible and can barely reach my toes when doing a hamstring stretch. I don't remember the last time I could do that. 2 more days this week and I will have met my three week goal and everyone better be telling me I look amazing! Actually though I don't think I look any different at all.

I don't know if I can wait two more days... You might not look different but I bet you smell different and that makes all the difference in the world to me!
Maybe you don't look different, and maybe you don't smell different (tee-hee), but being able to almost touch your toes--now that's progress! Wow. Good job!
