Also, Talena, Jen, and Josie, Melinda let me an administrator for this blog, because I wanted to change a few things up a bit. One of things I did is added your email addresses so you would receive these posts. (If you want me to take you off, let me know and I will.) Another thing I did was change the color of the font on the date so it would stand out from the background more clearly. Anyway, I appreciate the opportunity to help motivate each other. When you post just say what exercise you did for the day, how long you did it for, and how it made you feel (tired, energized, happy, etc). I did it
I did the Karen Voight-Elle MacPherson video today. That's two for two so far this week. One more to go. I had more energy than I did two days ago. And I remembered Melinda's advice to smile and pretend that I'm the one giving encouragement to others. It helps a lot to think that way.

Yay! I'm so glad you did it again. I had more energy today than Monday too. I think Monday's are just tired days for me. Keep up the good work!
Yay I love that video and what great advice to smile while you work out. I am always laughing when I am working out with another person or a group. I guess you can smile at the instructors on the tv. I plan to star the karen voight video again soon also. I just need to get over this cold and breathing good. Thanks for adding me to the email list!
