My plan for next week: Do my video 3 days doing all of the strength training and aerobics segments on all three days. I haven't done that yet, but if I only do it three days I should be able to fit it in. On the other two days I plan to walk or just dance or do some yoga depending on how I'm feeling.

This blog is open to posts concerning workouts, eating, healthy recipes, and anything else that has to do with good health! When you post just say what exercise you did for the day, how long you did it for, and how it made you feel (tired, energized, happy, etc). You can also post what foods you ate for the day and how much.
