Week 3: Day 1
I want to thank you all for your motivation. If you all weren't here cheering me on I think I would give up this week because this last Sunday threw me for a loop and I do not feel like exercising anymore. However, I made a three week goal so I am going to stick to it. I did my video today and I feel pretty good. Yesterday I did a couple songs on just dance. I hope to do my exercise video 3 more times this week. Great job to all of you!!!

Good job, Josie. I'm proud of you! Now I'm curious about what happened on Sunday that threw you for a loop, but I admire you for sticking to your goal. Talena already said it so well, but I'll say it again: Woot! Woot!
