Jazzercise 3.3
I did my jazzercise yesterday and I really didn't feel that great after. My sciatic nerve was hurting and I didn't really have much energy during and after.
My exercise video was making my neck really sore at first and I had to take a day off to just stretch out and relax. Now when I do the video I try not to put so much stress on my neck and back and I'm doing a lot better. Keep up the good work!
