Jen's week 3

I almost forgot to post for last week! 
Monday- jog 3 miles
Tuesday- pilates
Wednesday- jog 3 miles
Thursday- turbo jam
Friday- jog 3 miles. 

Hopefully I can keep going 4-5 days a week!
