Day 2
My friend, Tracey, and I went walking yesterday at the park with our little babinos. She has a 4 month old, Eli. I didn't time the walk but I'm guessing around 20 minutes. We were talking a lot too, so I think that burns extra calories. ;)

Yep, talking burns extra calories. You know why? Because when you're talking and walking, then you're walking and talking. And that's the key! :-)
