Aerobics Video
I did the Karen Voight-Elle MacPherson video today. 40 minutes of it. Not much energy, and I didn't finish the whole thing, but it's a start.
Great job, mom! Don't feel bad about not finishing the whole video. It's better that you did what you could do instead of not doing anything for fear of not finishing.
Here's a little tip, just something that helps me: if I don't feel motivated or happy about working out I pretend that I'm one of the people on the video (or the class instructor, if in real life). If I feel like people are watching me to know how to do it properly I am able to put more effort into it and do it better myself. Also, make yourself smile. Even if you don't want to or feel like its silly. Just do it.

Good advice! I will try that. Thanks, Melinda. Smiling for an audience will give me energy, too. What a great idea!
