Good job, Josie! I wonder if the reason you're feeling tired is because maybe you need to eat more food? Are you replacing the energy you expend with an increase of calories? Besides that, though, I think it takes about 2 weeks for our bodies to get used to an increase of exercise. I say that based on watching Matthew play soccer each year. It seemed like the first two weeks of each new season he was exhausted, and then he adapted and was able to pick up the pace. Good luck!
