Melinda
I did a push up! Actually, 2. And these were the mens style push ups. :) The rest have all been womens style. :) Also, Keegan and I had a race to see who could do the most sit-ups in 1 minutes. I got 35 and he got 39. I wish we would have raced before I was pregnant, I would have wasted him! ;)

Walking
I went walking a couple of times this week! With the weather getting cooler, and Desmond loving to ride in the stroller, hopefully I'll do it more often. :)
